Ecommerce Store Shopping Cart Plan (Optional)
This service also includes: inventory tracking, invoicing, automatic customized emails, print invoices, order status, tracking info, coupons and discounts, iPhone App., social tools, multi language, multi currency, save favorite products, shipping, payment and tax settings. Store can be imported to your Facebook profile. Store will be set up by the web designer, but and maintaining, entering products, photo, weight will be the responsibility of the client to avoid inventory or pricing errors. Entering products includes an account password to edit and add products with text and uploading product photos.
Shopping Cart Plans Available Required Setup fee (+$100.00) Free plan - 10 products - with options. Venture plan - 100 products ($15/ month) Business plan - 2,500 products ($35/ month) Unlimited plan - Unlimited products ($99/ month) Store rates will be paid by the client to a 3rd party by the month or by the year. Each product includes options such as sizes, color etc... and is not included in your product limit.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may be added for time on tasks that are considered excessive, including client support, training, and instructions via emails, calls, texts or other communication needed for each step of the development process. This may also include compensation for travel and meetings that will be determined by a per project assessment. Your final invoice will be adjusted to reflect the amount of actual work completed as changes to design and content are often modified during development. Any adjustments to your invoice will not be excessive, as I aim to be fair and flexible to fit my client's needs and goals.

Additional Information
ll prices are subject to adjustments, services and or features and are meant to be a ballpark estimate, although they will be kept to the price quoted as close as possible. There will not be a charge for mistakes made by the web developer. (we’re human) There will be a charge to correct mistakes made by the client. Such as giving incorrect information. Occasionally features on a website will break that is the fault of a service, such as a shopping cart, forums, hosting etc... This may happen when a service changes their coding or non-payment by the client for the service. I cannot be held responsible for errors and security breaches which are caused by a 3rd party service in changing, adding, updating or modifying any code on your site. I will not use an unstable service intentionally therefore, I must charge for removal or substituting the service with an adequate replacement if one is available.

Before work is started: We will need you to download our Client/Web Designer Agreement to sign & return to us. Thank You.
Changes & Revisions During Development
We don’t want to limit your ability to change your mind or make decisions after your estimate when you might be better informed. The price at the beginning of this project is based on the length of time we estimate we’ll need to accomplish everything you’ve told us you want to achieve. If you need to change your mind or add anything new, that won’t be a problem. Your invoice will be adjusted for the difference to cover additional work.
Updates after Website is Developed
Updates are charged by the hour. Most tasks can be accomplished in a short amount of time. When calculating an invoice, I am very conservative with the time I consider to be productive. Some of these include the potential of researching something that has either changed or is new, or interruptions that may come up while completing an update. I try to be as fair as possible to keep your billing time as minimal as possible.
Down Payment
We ask for a $500 down payment to ensure that the client follows through with their commitment on the project before work is started and to see it through to the end. The remainder of the total will be expected when the website is complete and the invoice is delivered to the client.
